- Is the first appointment free?
- The first appointment is a fixed-fee consultation, and we tell you the fee when you book. If we take the matter on, that fee is credited against the agreed scope.
- Do you act for both sides of a business sale?
- No. We act for one party only, so the advice you receive is entirely yours.
- Can we work with you remotely?
- Yes. Documents can be signed electronically and most meetings can be held by video, though we are happy to see you in the office.
