Scheduling for field teams that hate scheduling.
Tidebook puts the day's jobs, the crew and the customer details on one screen, in the office and on the phone. It replaces the whiteboard and the group chat. It does not try to be your accounting system.
What it does
- Job board
- Drag jobs between crews and days; everyone's phone updates at once.
- Customer records
- Sites, contacts, access notes and job history in one place.
- Mobile app
- Crews see the day's run, check in on arrival and attach photos.
- Quotes and job sheets
- Send a quote, convert it to a job, close it with a signed sheet.
- Customer notifications
- Text or email the customer when a crew is on the way.
- Integrations
- Exports to common accounting packages, calendar feeds and a plain API.
Plain facts
- Data hosted in Australia
- Month-to-month plans, cancel any time
- Two-factor sign-in on every account
- Plain-language privacy policy

Why we built it
Tidebook started inside a plumbing company that had outgrown its whiteboard. The office knew where the crews were supposed to be. The crews knew where they actually were. Nobody knew both. We built a tool to close that gap, then other trades asked to use it. It is deliberately narrow. It schedules work, tells customers what is happening and hands the paperwork to your accounting package. It does not do payroll, inventory or marketing, and it will not. Most of what we add comes from customers ringing us with a problem. We would rather do a few things well than many things badly.
Questions
How is it priced?
Per crew, per month, on a plan you can cancel any time. The price is on the pricing page and there are no setup fees.
Does it work offline?
The mobile app keeps the day's run and job sheets on the phone and syncs when it has signal again.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Every plan includes a full export of jobs, customers and attachments in standard formats.
